ServiceMaster 24 Hr created for those who endured a Fire/Water loss and wanted to/or needed to avoid placing an insurance claim. The following outlines our Self Pay Program:

1. Free Estimates
We at
ServiceMaster will provide a free estimate to you which will give you the correct information as to whether a claim is necessary or not.

2. Payment Plan

• Call a professional.  Damage from water and bacteria growth can begin within hours.

• Remove as much water as possible through mopping or blotting

• Remove oriental or area rugs from wall to wall carpeting

• Remove and prop up wet upholstery for even drying and place aluminum foil under furniture legs

• Remove valuable paintings and art objects to a safe, dry area

• Open luggage and place in a dry area 

• Open drawers, closet and cabinet doors to enhance drying

• Turn off air conditioning or other HVAC systems

 • Do not enter a room with standing water unless the electricity has been turned off

 • Do not use your household vacuum to extract water

 • Do not lift tacked down carpet without professional help

 • Do not use TV or other household appliances while standing on wet surfaces

 • Do not leave books, newspapers, magazines or other colored items on wet carpet

 • Do not leave wet textiles in place. Clean and dry as soon as possible

 • Do not remove books from shelves. Instead, pack them tightly together to prevent warping of pages until a restoration professional can begin specialized drying

 • Do not open doors or windows because the moisture from the outdoors can speed up mold growth
